Course Details

This assessment is designed to provide experienced electricians with a qualification for the basic design, installation, commissioning and service of Solar PV.

Pre-Requisites Candidates are required to hold a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) qualification or equivalent. It is also necessary to have achieved BS7671 2008 including 1st Amendment.

How is the qualification assessed? An on-screen exam and an observation of an installation in the workplace.

How much does it cost? £350 + VAT.
