    Who is it suitable for?  Aimed primarily at practicing plumbers who already have knowledge of hot and cold-water systems, the package will be of interest, and useful to water inspectors and anyone who is involved with installation, design or specification of water systems or with buildings containing water systems. It will also be of benefit to those learners with limited previous knowledge.

    What’s involved? 

    The aims of this package are to enable course participants to:

    • Become familiar with W.R.A.S. 1999.
    • Comply with the Regulations. In practice.
    • Close attention to the Regulator’s Specification on the prevention of W.R.A.S. Water Regulations Guide.

    This course consists of a home study pack containing 12 self-assessment modules. These modules must be completed and brought to the course.

    How is the qualification assessed? 12 self-assessment modules.

    Entry requirements: There are no pre-requisites, but we do recommend some prior plumbing knowledge and experience.

    Course Duration: 1 day (½ day training and ½ day assessment).
